Information for OIT’08 Registration

1、Registration Time and Place
Time: 8:00-22:00 on 15 November at the hall of 10th district in JuiHua Hotel
Time: 8:00-16:00 after 15 November at the OIT secretary office.
2、Please make your registration on site if you haven’t completed your registration at SPIE.
3、The opening ceremony will be held at time 8:30a.m. on 16 November. The place is at the Conference meeting room, the second floor of the 10th district.
4、Oral preparation room is No. 20 of the second floor at 10th district.
5、Meal service:
OIT provides the buffet service for attendees. Please buy the tickets if you would like to have meal. The price of the ticket is: RMB25.00($5.00) for breakfast and RMB60.00($10.00) for lunch or supper.
6、The place of OIT’08 secretariat office is No. 20 of the second floor at 10th district. You are welcomed to come for getting information or help.

一、报到分组进行
报到时请出示录用通知。如果有不同专题的论文，请按最小专题编号报到。
第一组：7156、7157专题，九华山庄10区大厅
第二组：7158、7159、7160专题，九华山庄10区大厅
第三组：外宾组，九华山庄10区大厅
第四组：主席及嘉宾，九华山庄10区大厅

二、报到时间和地点
11月15日：8：00 --- 22：00；
11月16日及以后： 10区二层14号（OIT08办公室）
a） 还未交注册费、论文刊登费和住宿费，以及汇款没有核对上的代表，请先到收费处交款后再到相应的报到处报到。
b） 发票：会前没有开发票的代表，请在16日14:00以后到办公室领取会议费发票。食宿费在退房时由九华山庄开具住宿发票。
c） 礼品：报到时领取礼品券，16日下午2:00以后在20号会议室凭票领取礼品。
d）汇款晚于11月12日的作者，请您在报到时带着汇款凭据。

三、报告作者的准备工作
口头报告准备室在10区二层20号会议室，15日下午2：00以后接待作者。

四、 用餐时间和地点
时间：早餐：7:00---8:00 午餐：11:30---13:00 晚餐：17:30---19:00
地点：10区一层杭州餐厅
16日18:30，在梨园大戏楼举行晚宴，并可观赏梅兰芳戏曲学校表演的京剧。

五、 会场
开幕式和大会报告：2008年11月16日上午9:00，在二层10号会议室举行。
分会场报告：所有分会场报告都在10区二层。

六、退房
代表在退房时请注意时间，每天12:00—18:00办理退房手续，按半天收费；
18：00以后退房按一天收费。

七、返程票
如果需要返程票，可直接到票务中心购买，地点在16区一层前台。
